Quality Control at Every Stage

Inspection is part of the stated production and delivery workflow.

Project-specific review

Define Requirements for the Selected Product

Use the selected model and project brief to define the relevant requirements in each area.

01

Dimensional Inspection

Where a model includes confirmed diameter, height or neck dimensions, those values provide the reference for project-specific inspection criteria. Confirm tolerances for the selected model.

02

Capacity & Weight Check

Confirmed nominal capacity, overflow capacity and bottle-weight fields remain tied to their real models. Project-specific limits are confirmed with the selected specification.

03

Appearance Inspection

Share visible finish and appearance requirements so Linhe can confirm project criteria within its stated inspection workflow.

04

Decoration Adhesion Test

If decoration adhesion criteria are required, include the test method and acceptance requirement in the inquiry for confirmation with the selected finish.

05

Closure Compatibility Check

Provide the intended closure and performance requirement so compatibility can be reviewed against the selected bottle or jar. No universal closure match is assumed.

06

Final Packing Inspection

Linhe’s confirmed process range includes automatic packing and delivery. Carton quantity, size and weight are displayed only where the product model has confirmed data.
