Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through this English-language website and its quote, sample, and general inquiry forms.

This website is intended for business purchasers and adults. We do not intentionally seek personal information from children.

Information We Collect

We collect information that you choose to provide and limited technical context needed to receive, secure, and understand an inquiry.

• Contact and business details: contact name, company name, email address, optional telephone or WhatsApp number, and country or region.
• Inquiry details: request type, product name, model, estimated quantity, customization requirements, message, source page, same-site referrer path, and bounded UTM campaign values when present.
• Files and metadata: uploaded JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, or ZIP files, together with original file name, extension, media type, size, integrity digest, validation state, and private storage key.
• Consent and service context: consent timestamp, consent version, an anonymous per-tab analytics session identifier, bounded conversion-event context, a one-way idempotency-key digest stored with the inquiry, and separate short-lived pseudonymous network, idempotency, and normalized-payload abuse-control digests.

How We Use Information

We use inquiry information to confirm receipt, prepare and discuss quotations, handle sample requests, review product or customization requirements, inspect submitted files, respond to questions, notify the relevant sales contact, prevent abuse, protect the service, troubleshoot failures, and maintain the website.

No Marketing or Sale

We use the submitted email address only for inquiry confirmation, quotations, samples, and related business follow-up. We do not use inquiry information for marketing email, and we do not sell personal information.

Service Providers and International Processing

Website hosting, database, private file-storage, and email-delivery providers may process information on our instructions where necessary to operate the inquiry service. Because this website is available internationally, information may be processed outside the country or region from which it was submitted. We do not state an unconfirmed provider location. A materially different recipient or processing arrangement requires this Policy to be updated before that arrangement is used.

Retention

Inquiry records, including the stored one-way idempotency-key digest, attachment metadata, and attachment files are scheduled for deletion 12 months after receipt. Separate short-lived network abuse-control digests expire after 24 hours. Short-lived abuse-control idempotency and normalized-payload digests expire after their 10-minute window.

We may retain a record longer only when required by law, a dispute, or another documented legal obligation.

Security

We use private attachment storage, opaque storage keys, restricted administrator access, file validation, and reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your Rights

Updates and Contact
